To make a modest contribution to the settlement of the conflict, the PACE is set to draft a report on Nagnorno-Karabakh. According to her, the document will not interfere in the OSCE Minsk Group, and is intended to suggest rather than to instruct, she explained.

Anne Brasseur pointed out that in order to report be balanced, the Armenian delegation to the PACE urged to take part in the process.
